Does anyone know the title of the black&white film that they're watching (at about 30 minutes into the movie), with the song "La era esta pariendo un corazon" playing on the soundtrack?

You didn't answer the question--the bit uncertain-modernist is asking about is the clip of a 1960s Godard-style film about student radicals.

That would be SLON-Medvedkine collective's "Classe de lutte" (1969), which is in the credits.
