I was about to put this in my que, then I saw Eric ROberts is in it

I just finished the book and wanted to see the movie (never do that, it usually ruins the movie for you as it never lives up to the book) and looking at the cast I see Eric ROberts' name and I think I'll pass, i know he'll just over act and ruin it for me.

This movie played out like a bad tv movie! The Truman Capote bio movie starring Philip Seymour Hoffman was a way better telling of this story! Great actors,but horribly cast! None fit the characters they were playing.
