Anything is possible. Not all people choose their boyfriends/girlfriends based on looks. At my high school, the most popular and pretty girl dated an over-weight guy with bright red hair and freckles. They eventually got married. She certainly didn't choose him for his looks. She chose him because he was the sweetest, kindest, and most considerate person you could ever meet. She loved him even thought he was no where near super-model material. She could have had anyone she wanted. She chose with her heart not based on someone's looks. So yes, a woman like Elle McPherson kissing a man like Eric Schaeffer is possible and has happened in 'real life'.

I'd have to say no, but not because of Eric Schaeffer's looks. Of course beautiful women can and do fall in love with not-so-beautiful men, and vice versa. I don't think any woman would fall in love with Eric Schaeffer in real life because he's a complete douche bag, not to mention a narcissistic ass-wipe. But maybe if he had a completely different personality.....
