Name of a song.

In the movie , Brad Dourif and Maury Chaykin who play Dr Richard Boggs and Gene Hanson are in a bar looking for a victim for their scam , I want to know what the song is playing in background and who the artist is. I have scoured the internet and movie databases to no avail. All help is greatly appreciated.
