About 25-26 minutes into the film, Martin Rushent (British guy with the scruffy beard and blue basball cap) is talking about bands that "bash it out" and right after he says that phrase, a rockin song plays with a few black and white photos on screen. I think one of the lyrics could be "Tell me that you love me". It has a really heavy bass in the song. If anyone can tell me the artist or song name, I'll be super stoked! thanks!

But "slow and heavy bass-line" sounds like it could be a melvins song.
Maybe it´s "Night Goat" that´s one of their classics.
