Would love a movie about Frollo

I don't think it'll ever happen (based from the Disney creation though).

However next year isn't there going to be a movie based off of The Hunchback of Notre-Dame titled 'The Bells of Notre Dame' (non-Disney movie I'll add).

I wonder who will play Frollo

You mean, like they did with Maleficent?

That would be awesome, Frollo is what makes this movie good, he's one of the best characters ever featured in a disney movie imo.

You mean make Frollo the hero except for one scene (but even dial that down) and all the other characters Jar Jar Binks stupid, evil or dull?

No thanks!

lol, I didn't see Maleficent so I'm not really aware of what they did with the character...

What I meant was a live action movie centered around Frollo, whether the movie would be good or not is another question. I think making Frollo the good guy would be nearly impossible, so don't worry about that :)

You're in for a big surpise when and if you do see it.

Many of us thought that it would be impossible to make Maleficent the good guy too, but...again, you're in for a big surprise.

Could work, his sexual fantasy could be the main plot. He must do whatever he can to get his girl. And the hunch back is evil and tries to stop him from raping the gypsy.

That would be one Disney live action I'd not only pay to see, but queue to see.

reply

Hahahahahaha well played!

I can't find any info on a movie coming out called The Bells of Notre Dame.

Stop making up things.

Frollo does have his own show on YouTube.

It's called, "The Frollo Show."

It's pretty epic. Also, the creator of the show uses dialogue from other characters that Tony Jay played in the past, so it looks like Tony Jay is still voicing Frollo, even after his death.

Check it out! It's worth watching! Especially the 16th episode!

Me too, but I doubt it will happen. Mostly because of the obvious reasons.

reply

Because the movie was a flop?

reply

Maybe not a movie, but there is a really well-written fan fiction that dives deeply into Frollo's backstory prior to the movie from his childhood to his adulthood. It's called Little Boy Frollo and it is fantastic and heartbreaking. There's sequel in progress called To Live is to Die. I say Hades needs his own movie too.
