'The Eighth Day 'A Beautiful and Fantastic Movie

I Love this excellent movie. The Best Film about Humanity & friendship & Love.
I've watched "Huitième jour, Le times" Or "The Eighth Day" and every time I liked it very much. When George was talking with his mother I was crying; each time.
Definitely this film worth watching. I find myself watching it every now and then and still enjoy it as much as when I first saw it.

I saw this movie while I was in a french class. We were at a lab so everyone had headphones, I had to take my headphones off sometimes because I would teary eyed.
Yeah even though men arent supposed to cry from watching a movie but I couldn't resist.

Yeah, I loved the message of the movie as well. Le huitième jour denounces how a life based merely on capitalist and materialist principles is not worth living.
Georges (supposedly a person with a subpar intelligence) taught Harry how to live. He taught him to appreciate the smallest and simplest aspects of life.
The richest person is not the one who owns more goods. The richest person is the one who needs less goods or/and money to live happily.
Life is not about fancy cars, clothes or gadgets but about "feeling", "loving", "forgiving", "sharing", "respect" and "tolerance".

IMO Le huitième jour is better than Rain Man.
