Comparing shadow from the first to second

Yes, I know the voice actor changed because I think the first guy mustve passed away :( and the original animals weren't used either were they? But either way, the shadow from the first film made me love golden retrievers. Ever since I was a little girl and saw the first film I fell in love with them. The one scene with shadow where he is staring off in the sunset is what got me, he just looked so beautiful and regal.

So I asked for a golden retriever puppy for Christmas, letters to Santa and everything, but of course never got one. I think it's better that way though, if I got him as a child I'd only remember certain things about him and he'd have certainly passed by now. now I'm 22 and when I finally get my golden retriever the wait will have been worth it since I've been waiting basicakly my whole life.

Anyways, the shadow from the second film never gave me the same feeling as the one from the first, anyone agree?
