Agreed, they really need to put names to faces that appeared on the stadium cameras, both at the gates and at the back of the pens, maybe cross-referencing tickets issued through the appropriate outlets.
The total number of those attending legitimately can then be checked against the estimated police numbers given to substantiate the Taylor report, that led to the half hearted 'failure of crowd control' summarisation.
