IMDb poll: To be continued... IN SPACE! (featuring Hellraiser)

When making a sequel, remake, reboot or an adaptation, the filmmakers sometimes decide to go ''up to eleven'', and transfer the story in OUTER SPACE, even though the original story was set on Earth.
Which of these ideas (nevermind the actual quality of the film) is the strangest or the most ridiculous?

I'd say it was at it's most silly in Leprechaun 4.

The series was quite quirky anyway, but why and how the Leprechaun got into space was never explained. And in the fifth one he was back on Earth. Again with no explanation.
