Standing - stress position - torture - Rumsfeld

This film clearly shows that even a willing participant experiencing no duress WILL physically and mentally breakdown from something as seemingly innocuous as standing for prolonged periods.

Enforced standing becomes a stress position when prolonged and thereby becomes a form of torture, something Rumsfeld sanctioned and which Obama himself would later categorise as torture.

It is a sad reflection on society that people would willingly subject themselves to this for a car. It's a good thing such competitions died out.
