Did altman write an original script for the unmade feature?

I'm just wondering how far he got into pre-production on this before he died? If he had already lined-up a cast (Streep, T. Lee-Jones, Swank, Reilly etc. etc.) I'm gonna assume there was a script already written for it...

..it a longshot, but any possibility of it floating around the internet or if anybody's laid eyes on it?
