Region 0 DVDs will play anywhere. PAL discs only play on PAL compatible players though so check that.
shareIt's my understanding that NTSC are United States TV's and the PAL is everywhere else. If it is a region 0 DVD, it will play on any player, but unless you have a converter PAL will only play(show up)on PAL TV's. I found GUY in a region 2 and have a region free dvd player compatible with my NTSC TV. I figured I can be less limited this way-with the player. I also just ordered a VCR with an internal converter so that I can play either NTSC or PAL videos on my NTSC TV. Shop on!!
