It's hilariously bad. The Hoff taking the role of Bruce Willis in Die Hard is one thing, but this movie itself is another. The bad guys are a bunch of incompetent clowns and they have some of the worst dialogue ever. The fact that it's a TVM with no swearing makes it all the more funny. They fail to kill Hasselhoff when he's abseiling off the roof and shout "THAT'S THE WAY IT'S DONE" and tell Kathy Ireland "NO FUNNY BUSINESS". I laughed my ass off at it.

And the plot is just a direct rip off of both Die Hard AND Die Hard With A Vengeance.
