Info on DVD versions

I want to pick up a copy of this on DVD but the US (Tai Seng) version appears to be out of print. There are a few different versions online, digitally remastered version, asian versions etc but can someone help me out & let me know what's the best version to pick up & where I can get it. I don't want to spend a lot of money on the Tai Seng DVD because I head the subtitles are crappy on it but will do if it's got the best picture & sound. I also head a rumor that there might be a Dragon Dynasty version coming out soon. Appreciated!
