Has Gabbeh been released on DVD?

It is available with English subtitles on DVD? I know Amazon.fr has it, but French subs aren't much help.

Anyone care to shed some light?

I just finished watching a 2005 release on New Yorker.

it is on region 1 dvd in the usa

The best way to go is get a region free dvd player because some films for whatever reason are not released on all continents.

There's an American DVD, released 10 years ago. The image quality is awful; don't buy it unless you have a small-ish CRT set.
