I was wondering if anyone knew if they were planing on releasing a dvd or something.

i would also like to say that i am very saddend at the news of Chris Penns death, he was a good actor and will be sorley missed.

It was released by Pioneer/Artisan on DVD and is now out of print.

Well, they certainly ought to reissue it! This movie delivers more in 90-odd minutes than "The Godfather" took 3 films over 20+ years to say.

The new DVD isn't widescreen, that seriously sucks.

I just found the DVD at the superstore and it was 6.98... and i was wondering..is this movie any good, how does it compare to bad lieutenant...i didnt like king of new york and thought abel ferrara was totally dif. when he made that then when he made bad lieutenant...so tell me..is this king of new york ferrara or bad lieutenant ferrara??
