From Dusk Till Dawn Italian DVD Set with Titty Twister Statue

Total stab in the dark here, but does anyone out there know where a fellow can get his hands on this:

It's a limited edition Italian set from several years ago. Only 700 made. Can't find one anywhere, so thought I'd check to see if anyone in the IMDb world might have a line on one. Probably futile, but doesn't hurt to ask.
