When Frank is in jail...Michael J. Fox just looks so haunted and defeated. I thought he did very well in the movie.
The scenes in the hospital where Frank kept flashing back to the murders.
When Frank is a ghost, and he finds out the Reaper is really Johnny Bartlett.

I think the part in the Museum where the Judge comes in, guns blazing, and just watching the other cops get confused as the skeletons come to life and come at them.
The whole movie is brilliant, though. Someone already mentioned the final hospital scene, that was a VERY well done climax. I also like the hell worm-express effect.
My favorite part is when...ummm...this is hard.
I like the part when Frank was at the hospital and he was having flash backs too.
I also like the part when he is looking in Lucy's house for ghosts.
Any part with Dammers where he's really creepy.....which is pretty much every scene with him in it. Oh, and at the end when he's sitting in the back of the cop car...I just like the look on his face :)

I love the scene where Frank is being interrogated by Dammers.

So many funny things, Judge and his "lie still like that" whole scene is awesome.
Great acting, great cgi, great humor, definitely one of my most favorite movies of all time :)
My favourite scenes are the one with Dammers saying "sheriff, you're violating my territorial bubble!" I luv it cuz its so stupid and pathetic and funny. Then the other scene thats my favourite is when Frank is sitting at the table during the interogation with his head in his hands and keeps denying the murders. I secretly wished that it was all in his head and he really did kill all those ppl. Oh well, it still ended ok.
shareI liked any scene with Johnny and patty, weird messed up little couple that they are :) = especially during the hospital flashback while frank is hiding under the bed and you see Patty shooting somebody and then ohnny slides in behind her and they're all cute-couple-y, haha, so weird :P

what about when Frank and Lynsky are escaping the jail, Lynsky sprays Dammers with a fire extinguisher......Frank kicks Dammers while he is down and his gun pops up.....perfect comedy
