The picture they showed Mr Wolverton

I'm assuming the police got the picture from Vanessa (Reese W). How ironic of a picture it was. A picture of her in a hysterical laughter pose lol. It was as if she was laughing at him from the picture. Do you think the police would have shown him a picture like that if it was for real? Don't you think the police would have waited for another time to try and find out who his shooter was rather than show him a picture like that?
