Off topic sort of...

I'm trying to remember the name of another weird movie I saw on Cinemax late at night around the same time that I remember seeing this one. Here's what I remember of the movie in question:

+There was a business of some kind that videotaped girls dancing, at one point the girl was dressed in a Wizard of Oz theme, and some women kept shouting "No you cant stop! No you cant stop!"

+There was a guy who had a small metal hose for a wiener (yep).

I saw this movie, Motorama, and Freeway all around the same time on HBO or Cinemax late at night, and all three had the same bizarre feeling to me. Hopefully someone knows what the hell I'm talking about. Posting this on the Motorama board too.
