I wanted to ask a few q's. 1. I started watching just after one girl kicked the teacher in the balls and want to know how far in that was. and 2. I like the movie but don't understand it very much and wanted to ask for an explanation.

Not very far in. Prior to that it basically just established the characters a bit more... like the Goldie is a druggy, Rita is shy, Violet is considered slutty, and the other girl is an artist that apparently really loved her boy friend. Legs was established as a rebel. Easy stuff to infer anyway.

I just finished watching the movie. It was kinda sad though. Having to say goodbye to somebody you'll love for the rest of your life. How come they never told the truth about all the rapings/attempted rape? Is it because of how they wanted the movie to play out?

It is really sad. I cried a bunch the first time I saw it.
I think they did tell the truth, actually. The judge just didn't believe them, and then the jock's girlfriend came forward and told the truth, so Legs was released.
They were also suspended for what they did to the teacher, but no one believed them when they said why they did it.
