I'll be obtaining this film shortly and am looking forward to watching it. Can only be found on Ebay or Amazon for over $50.00, a bit rich for me. So was pleased to get a copy from an international seller off Ioffer for a mere $10.00. This is the only Bartas movie I haven't bought yet and like Tarrs films, I like to watch and collect them all.
A Casa is also a very slow, deliberative work like all of Bartas films. I've got a copy of this movie, got it from the same place on Ioffer. If you know how to download I can suggest you find it on Pirate Bay. The last Bartas movie I obtained is called, "Freedom" about 2 people trying to flee North Africa to a better Europe and this is a bit faster paced tale than his other films. Glad to see someone else appreciates this low profile director. I like to see the perceived influence of totalitarianism on directors that lived under it, usually visible environmental and infrastructural decay.
