can she ever act normal?

Why is SJP always acting so phony? For instance, in the coffee shop sitting with Hugh Grant. She seemed extremely unconfortable, shifting and shifing, batting eyelids, as if she has no clue, if she should flirt with HG or not, HUNDREDE TIMES brushing her fingers on the side of the forehead, trying to fix imagined hair!!! What's up with that? Acting very artificial like a person who has never been in front of camera before or in front of HG before. And what's up with her walking, like her hip-joint is broken?
