Dialogue - scripted or improv?

The dialogue is really good throughout, but some of the line deliveries, especially between Woody and Goldie Hawn, seem particularly natural - genuine and "non-written" in a very pleasant way.

I know Woody is known for usually giving little direction to actors in terms of line delivery and I've read that for this film in particular he basically never rehearsed with any of them and only gave them parts of the script... But in cases like this I'm always curious to know what was actually scripted and what can magically appear between good actors on set.

Anybody has leads as to what parts were improvised, if any? Has anybody read the script, or know where to find a copy online? I can't seem to find it anywhere.

I don't know the answer but I know Allen allows actors to say his scripts in the way that they would say them. As long as they convey the meaning of what he has written he is not too concerned about the actual words they use.

In Natasha Lyonne's WTF interview with Marc Maron she says that there was improv done, which intimidated her at the time (I think she was only, like, 16/17).
