One of the few post-T1 movies of his that lacks this phrase. Am I right?

When the Story Lady tells us about the naughty boy who blew up his goldfish.
At one point, he says "I'll be right over." I think that may have been intended as his reference to that. I don't know.
I can't say this film really deserves an "I'll be back."
