It's called Auretti's Dutch Skipper.

Thank you so much for the name of this song!!!! I LOVE it! I do English Country Dancing in Southern California. We dance this one sometimes. Do you dance Al_Roker? :)

I do. Dutch Skipper is a fun one, isn't it? The music is very uplifting and the figures are basic and simple. I like the older, traditional dances best. Some of the new constructions are very pretty, and I've noticed the dance instructors/callers are extremely fond of them, but I find some of them a little too ornate and less fun than the trad dances.
