Did anyone noticed that...(Spoilers)

Emma tried to match all her friends and family members (I believe I saw in some other version that she matched her sister as well) except for Mr. Knightley which bring me to believe that she was in love with him much earlier and the reason she didn't like Jane was because she was afraid that Mr. Knightley might be interested in her.

I never considered that view point. I will have to watch the film again with that thought in mind.

I don't know if this helps but in the book she does realize that the reason she was so against it was for that very reason.
