A found a vhs screener.

The vhs says its an 1 hour and 49 minutes. That being said the hbo version is 1h 30m and imdb says the directors cut is 117 which is 1h59m but i think its wrong because the directors cut with commentary is 1h47m and 1h52m with credits on YouTube.

Ill set up and watch both simultaneous and see the differences. I remember a different ending. Granted I havent watched the vhs in 16 years so my memory can be a little off.

I found it at a huge flea market probably in year 2000.
