I was watching this movie again recently, and noticed that Robert Shimmel's name is in the opening credits. I kept my eye out but didn't see him. Then his name was not in the closing credits. The film is nowhere to be seen on Shimmel's imdb bio.

Does anyone know what happened, and who was he supposed to play?

Did he have a falling out with the Wayan's, did he drop out for personal reasons, or did his scene end up on the cutting room floor?

I think he used to be a writer on the early In Living Color days, so it was probably a writing credit.
