Soundtrack?

Does anyone know the name of the band that they went to see? Or even the album paul gave kim? I watched this movie on the sundance channel a while back, loved it. It portrays emotions so well. The music really caught my attention as well...anyone can help? Thanks a mill!

The band is the UK punk group The Buzzcocks, who originaly formed in the 1970's as contemporaries of The Sex Pistols, and who later reformed in the 1990's. The main song (from memory) is 'Ever Fallen In Love (With Some You Shouldn't Have Fallen In Love In With)'

Who does the song that has the lyrics "I'd search the whole wide world just to find her." It's the song that Prentice is playing in his apartment after he runs into guy the first time I think. But it's a slower song.

That one is "Whole Wide World" by Wreckless Eric. Oh, and the album Prentice gives Kim is The Only Ones.

I thought the whole soundtrack was great but I can't find any listings anywhere. Amazon doesn't show the track listings and I've looked on a number of other sites too. Thanks to this thread I've gotten three tracks though...

I DID FIND "THE MIGHTY LEMON DROPS" SINGING 'ANOTHER GIRL ANOTHER PLANET' BUT I GUESS THE MOVIE HAD A DIFFERENT BAND, HUH? WHAT A GREAT MOVIE AND MUSIC. I SAW THIS FILM AT THE THEATRE IN BEVERLY HILLS IN 1996 AND HAVE THE STORE BOUGHT VIDEO! I'M OLD. BUT LIKE COOL STUFF! JUDITH
