This movie is nonsensical

It's not a bad movie in itself, but you are left feeling duped because the movie doesn't make sense. For instance, when they drown guy and they put the bottle on top and the curtain and leave the bathroom, we get a shot from inside the tub of his hand and his face seemingly dead. Who is he playing dead for? The characters are not aware of the camera, so why these shots if not to fool the audience? That's bad storytelling and nonsensical. If the movie had been carved out better, it would have been a great movie.
