Not as Good as the first two

I happen to run cross this movie on HBO or Cinemax years ago maybe like in 1998 and I didnt even know they made a part 3 but after seeing the first two I was excited to watch this one but it was a disappointment I felt as if they just rush making this one, it just didnt have that creepy vibe like the first two and not to mention they used a different hull house and the characters in this one sucked!but it was still rather enjoyable but nowhere as good as part 1 and 2
