Did ne every respond to you? I just watched the movie last night...I really enjoy Hope D, Stanly T, and Parker P. Not exact on the what Hope Davis says back exactly, but it is along the line of 'I hear there's a riverboat to get me out of this town'(in a southern drawl)

I think it was a reference to a Tennessee Williams play. I'm not sure which one. Um....The one with the riverboat. I think. Do I get any credit for that?

Everyone is going crazy over 'Little Miss Sunshine' this year and I recommend this movie quite a bit more. 'LMS' really tried to hard to be 'edgy/quirky'. This is a far more sophisticated (and funny) movie than Little Miss Sunshine. (Although 'LMS' was amusing too)

What's my point? Nothing. I like interracting with other people via the anonymity of the internet. Do I need a point?

I do? Um...

I don't think it is so important what was said verbatim, but that they went off together leaving their men and their mother. Both changed and grew at least a little as a result of the events in the film. Eliza became stronger and bold, Jo contrite and humble.

Don't people lock their doors around here?
They will tonight.

Parker: "Where you goin' to Ms. Malone?"

Hope: "Where there's a riverboat that'll take me outta this here city."
