Tries to re-write history

Ironically, I actually like D3 and feel that it gets a bad rap. But it does try to re-write history and take liberty with the original movies.

1) In D1, Bombay gave up hockey after Pee Wee, Yet he is suddenly an alumni of a prep school who attended there on a hockey scholarship?

2) Charlie can suddenly play has been captain since district five? Not only did he lack the skill as Spazway in D1 and a bench warmer/assistant coach in D2, but Bombay never named him captain in either film.

3) The "new" Ducks are treated like originals. Charlie even says they've all been together four years. Of course, it's only been two since D2. But even then, they were short term ringers. After the Goodwill Games, Russ/Julie/Portman/Luis/Dwayne would go back to their hometowns. So how did the entire Goodwill team manage to stay/play together to be a package deal for Eden Hall?

That's why I hate this film. The whole thing is a retcon.
