Direct association with Pulp Fiction

There is something rather important to note that it seems many Tarantino/Pulp Fiction fans are dismissing but the character Esmarelda from Pulp Fiction is almost identical to the one in Curdled including the fascination with death. You could have simply had Esmarelda from Pulp Fiction leaving her job, taking a new job and a name change and foom its a direct spin off of a character from that movie.

The actress is so distinctive and has the exact same look but one can simply not get over the morbid fascination with death that took over most of her dialogue with Bruce Willis in the cab and then in this movie it continues with the question of the possibility of someone living when severed from their body for a few moments before death :)

From your post I'm not sure if you saw that it IS the same actress, Angela Jones. When touring with Reservoir Dogs, Quentin Tarantino saw the short film, of the same name, that this movie is based on. He said that he liked the idea of the short and the character so much that he wrote her into Pulp Fiction. And then he had the same actress play the part, although I'm not sure why he changed the character name. And then he helped the makers of the original short remake it as a feature, and Angela Jones once again played the role.

Yeah, I like to think they are the same character even though they have different names. I think she is incredibly sexy as both an actress and the character.

Also the 'Greko' brothers Quentin and Clooney play in From Dust Till Dawn are in Curdled...
