BOB APISA Scenes Deleted ????

I recently bought a dvd of this coz im doing a Montage of Stuntman Bob Apisa Movie Deaths

I remember watching this in the 90s and Recognizing Apisa as an Iraqi Tank driver from a few Close ups from inside his Tank ( This was at the beginning of the Movie and If you know Apisa , there was enough shots of him to spot him in this movie )

But when watching this DVD there is not one shot of the Iraqi Tank or Apisa operating it !!

I am wondering why would they have snipped out this from the Movie and it has me Questioning if it ever happened at all ??

WTF man !!!
