Who was the girl with the short blond hair, helping the "bad" guys? I don't know if she had any lines, or was named by anyone directly ("Susan, get me that list" kind of thing, where you know the character's name is Susan, even if she never has any lines). I thought she was strikingly attractive, and would like to know more about her.

shareI'm not sure I'd call her a girl. She's honestly a grown woman. At any rate, she isn't credited, so far as I can tell. She would've been listed with Eddie Bo Smith Jr. and the rest among the minions, but there's no sign of her.

It's actress Soseh Kevorkian. The character is credited as Evelyn, although her name is never spoken in the movie. She only has a single word of dialog: After Paul Shannon (Morgan Freeman) steps off the elevator shortly arriving at C-Systems, he asks her, "Is everybody here," and she responds, "Yes." Very likely contrived dialog solely to ensure that she explicitly got credited as an actor.
