I hate the celtics im a LIFE LONG LAKER FAN but I love the celtic tradition and love this movie. way better than a 4.6. but if u had to remake it who would u cast in the 3 roles?

I also did not know this was a Judd Apatow movie wow.

Lewis Scott = Will Smith?

Ben Affleck = Jimmy

Matt Damon = Mike

I'd like to see Will Smith play a smug a**hole for once and Matt Damon and Ben Affleck for obvious reasons.

And for Coach Kimmel Tommy Lee Jones

Lewis Scott - Jay Pharoah
Mike - Daniel Stern
Jimmy - Dan Aykroyd
Coach Kimbell - Christopher McDonald

Celtics fan here. It's a stupid stupid movie but in a charming fun way haha

If this were being made today I would say...

Tyreese Gibson as Lewis Scott
Seth Rogen as Mike
Mark Wahlberg as Jimmy

Lebron James as Himself (Scott Role)
Seth Rogen as Mike
Bill Hader as Jimmy

Leave as is but maybe throw LeBron in as himself in the Louis Scott role if he can pull off the comedy chops. His role Trainwreck didn't have much to offer. But make Walberg the cop.
