This guy is a legend. He makes this POS movie watchable every time he shows up.

He was the best in the movie. I loved him in the second one as well. I don't see why some people complain that he is back in this film when he was killed in the first.

Someone must have known he was the best part of Carnosaur 2 and cast him in the third one.
