Total crock but fun to watch

This is really a documentary.
A well known character actor who has been in everything and knows everybody goes around in real life Cannes (the same year Waterworld was such a historical disaster) saying he wants to produce a picture.
We see him on video meeting all the celebrities as himself the real life actor.

In the "movie", we are told he is a sleazy producer,
not the real life actor that everybody on screen knows him as.
So its fun, but if he were as bad as the movie says,
nobody would talk to him.
