So Corey Haim "QUIT" This film? But He's IN The movie!

I don't get it. Corey Haim reportedly quit this film because his abuser was hired by Corey Feldman. Then how is it that Haim appears in the film -- placed directly next to his alleged abuser in several scenes?! Something doesn't add up.
