I didn't really find anything intentionally funny so I'll have to say when Carter meets his wife in the mansion.
Tracey: I've got a gun

"SHUT UP, SHUT THE HELL UP!" The look on Damon's face when he yells that makes that scene even more hilarious, especially the expression on Adam Sandler's face when he's singing in the shower hahaha!
