I'm just asking because I wondered why Frankie made a deal about it...then again maybe he was just telling Bullet to stop looking like a street thug. But I liked his street thug look myself.
it wasnt about the herione, it was just that he looked un professional, and thats fine if you want to be a gangster, but frankie was telling him to want more from himself, and as he said you have to look serious if you want to be taken seriously
