No way. For a start Tank didnt need Lester to take him to the crack den as Bullet would have gone there anyway so it was just a matter of time till he'd show up. All the dealer would have done is give him the hot package when he arrives and job done. Massive longshot though getting robbed by the armed gunmen just has he has received the bundles.
shareyeah ok, But, When the gunmen comes into the Crack House, The Men working the entrance, let the gunmen in with no problem, and then once the gunmen were inside, they just started blasting people for no reason. Lester quickly took his chain off. Ok, Then The gunmen steps up to Bullet, and if I'm not mistaken, He calls him by his name and says to give it up. ( your thoughts )

Smokin' is slang for the drugs they're buying; it just means he called Lester and told him he had product.
When Bullet and Lester get out of the car to make the buy, there's a guy on the corner who says "And it's smokin' m- f- ers; we got the toilet." He's using the same kind of slang.
One of Bullet's buddies later confirms that Tank was planning to kill him with a lethal dose. That's why Bullet's bundle had a red rubber band around it so the dealer wouldn't confuse it with the others.
The robbery was just a coincidence that turned out to be lucky. If they hadn't stolen his package, Bullet would have used it and OD'd.

Tanks says to Rico, "You do what I asked?" Meaning Tank asked Rico to call Lester and tell him he got some drugs.
To which he replies "Yeah I call that Maricon Lester and told him we got it smokin' so don't worry about it its no biggie."
Tank "Good. Give this to Pruit. When Bullet shows up, tell him to give him these bundles, its got a big red rubber band round it so you dont get confused you think you can do that? You think you can handle that?"

No, that was not a coincidence. The shooters go in with Bullet targeted from the start. This is clear when the one shooter says "Here he is" when he finds Bullet.
Then as soon as they get Bullet's drugs, they leave.
If it was a setup then why didnt they shoot Butchie when they had the chance?

shareLester and Bullet were too close friends for any betrayal to happen. I would like to know what investment Bullet had planned for the money. He would have given Lester his half in due course I am sure. As it turned out, I don't think Lester would have asked Ruby for his half (after Frankie Eyelashes gave him the rest at the funeral) as that would have been wrong.

the men that robbed the crack house were connected with marbles irish gang.thats why the dudes knew butches name and gave butch a free pass and diddnt blow his head off.they were there to cripple tanks operation .rob crack house shoot crack heads equals nomore crack hôuse.and of course everybody knows the dead junkie big balls throws out the building is the same thug that took the laced bundle from butch at the crack house
