Some of you knows if (and where) "Boken Silence" is on DVD ?

This great movie has been released on DVD in Germany in December 2004. I just ordered my DVD.

I went on http://www.amazon.de/exec/obidos/ASIN/B0006SJ0WA/ref=ed_of_dp_1/302-5057050-1606459 and ordered one DVD.
I used one of these translating engines available on the web because my German is nonexistent, I'm afraid.

Languages: German (Dolby digital 5,1) English (Dolby digital 5,1)
Subtitles: German, Italian, French
Display format: 16:9
Running time: 116 minutes

So, is there a way to order "Broken Silence" (the 1995 Swiss film directed by Wolfgang Panzer)on a DVD (American system)? (Sombody replied that he had ordered it from Amazon/Germany but tracing his order led me to another movie with the same title!)

Try again! There is another (mainstream) film with the same title.
I received my copy from amazon.de yesterday. So it took some time (there was already a shortage).

Color video encoding (PAL or NTSC). Coming from a German vendor, the copy must be PAL, although it's written nowhere!
PAL: you can either play it back on a computer (where there is no color video encoding issue), or on a multistandard (PAL & NTSC) DVD player.
There are some multistandard (PAL & NTSC) DVD players in the USA. You need to check.
(In Europe, all DVD players on the market are PAL & NTSC.)
Playback of PAL DVD films requires a PAL TV or a video converter.

Region code: 0 (all regions). You can play it irrespective of the region code of your DVD player (or computer).
