Towards the end of the movie, an officer addressing the war room estimates 250k immediate deaths from the bomb. Does anyone know the character's or actor's name? Because I totally thought it was the busboy from Seinfeld, but that guy isn't in this movie...

I love when he says that there will be 250,00 immediate deaths and a quarter of a million after that. Which is 250,000 again. I guess saying million has a bigger impact.
