Anybody else recognize the Terry Reid rip off?

At the end, before the end credits, there is a piece of music that plays after Dignan pulls the psych-out about breaking out of prison. As Anthony and Bob watch him through the fence the tune kicks in. It's a rip off of the intro to the song "Seed of Memory" by Terry Reid.

Know what I mean?

Ah, yes! That's it! I knew I knew that music. That same bit of music also appears in an earlier scene (after the car breaks down and Dignan punches Anthony). It sounded very familiar, and I thought it was some instrumental cover, but the soundtrack credits were no help. Mystery solved. Great Reid song.
