Can someone explain why the Commander keeps calling Michael 'teacher'? I'm totally puzzled by this because the Commander is the leader and Michael was the follower. So Michael should be calling the Commander teacher, not the other way around. Didn't the Commander teach Michael everything he knows?

shareIt wasnt exactly that he was second in command, if I remember correctly he trained everyone else in combat and something else (I cant remember, maybe bomb-making / chemistry).
