Anybody else have no sub-titles?

I rented this film, and found it had no English sub-titles, which I found very strange. Almost all French films have English sub-titles. I couldn't figure it out. Anyone else have this problem? Anybody know the reason? Too bad: it looked like an interesting film. My French is pretty good, but not THAT good.
